Project and Approach Overview
Spire provided project management services to customize an IT system for an international travel company. The engagement team addressed the operation’s business needs as they pertained to its Hawai‘i-based operations. Spire assisted with the local adaptation necessary to transition to the new system. The project streamlined processes, which ultimately led to benefits from previously untapped operational efficiencies.
Spire obtained an understanding of current processes and business needs. Thereafter the team defined stakeholder expectations, and prioritized the issues and modifications. Once everything had been agreed on, we oversaw the implementation of modifications. We continue to assist the company with other work, primarily accounting and auditing services.
