Location: Hawai‘i
Kristin is a Senior Associate at Spire, with four years of public accounting experience. She has worked on mergers and acquisitions of both private and publicly-traded companies. In addition, she has worked on the preparation of both individual and corporate tax returns.
Prior to joining Spire Hawaii LLP, Kristin worked for Ernst & Young, in Los Angeles, as a transaction tax associate, and at N&K CPAs, Inc. in Honolulu as a tax senior associate.
