Spire was approached by an indigenous organization in 2016 to help it become fiscally sustainable. The client understood the need to change its operations in order to achieve this goal. Spire partnered with the organization to develop the work plans required to guide and implement the Financial Stability Plan (FSP). The engagement team also assisted in the FSP implementation process, for use by the agency and the guiding coalition, as they develop plans appropriate to the agency.
Spire’s implementation plan support included creating a roadmap with strategic financial objectives, developing fiscal policies in mission-critical areas, and conducting policy-related workshops and training.
